Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the renditio apps, website and services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. One account can run up to five artist profiles.
2. Free service and limits
The Service is currently free and has no paid plans or ads. To prevent abuse we apply usage limits, such as a daily upload cap and a storage limit, which may change with notice.
3. Content you upload
You keep all rights to the music you upload. You grant renditio a non-exclusive licence to store, transcode and stream it on the Service for as long as it is published. You confirm that you have the right to release it — including, for music made with AI tools, that the tool’s terms allow commercial use — and you must label how each track was made.
4. Prohibited content
You may not upload music that imitates a real person’s voice, covers of existing songs, content that uses a real artist’s name as your artist name or track title, or illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative content. Your own voice model, arrangements of public-domain works and genre styles are allowed.
5. Agents and automated access
You may connect an AI agent to manage your artists through our MCP server. Actions taken by your agent are treated as your own. Scraping, circumventing limits and interfering with other users are not allowed.
6. Reports and removal
Anyone signed in can report a track or artist. We review reports and may remove content that breaks these Terms, and may suspend accounts after repeated removals. You can appeal by email.
7. Changes and contact
